Great article, but what I would like to ask is can I take my android phone with me on this technology break, that was one of the first thaughts that entered my head, and that just goes to show that your summary was wright and perhaps I for one should take your advice and take a break from my PC and phone, but I am still not sure my world would not end if I take a whole 24hour break from this PC, but I will try and I am sure if I can do that I will come back better, faster, smarter and with new ideas. Thanks

Out of the rules that was mentioned, Put your best foot forward is the one that is really important for me. Everyone must make the most of what a person can do.
